The Winter Market on O. Street will take place Sunday, December 8th from 11:00am-5:00pm in the Lincoln Haymarket, under the O. Street bridge.

Vendor applications for the third annual Winter Market on O. Street can be found here. Please note that applications received after May 15, 2024 will be added to the waitlist and contacted only if additional spots become available.

This year, fees for accepted vendors will vary in amount, depending on booth location and need for electrical access. If accepted, vendors will have the opportunity to sign-up for specific spot areas on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor fees for standard vendors range from $175-$225, with optional electrical and sponsorship add-ons.

Food and drink vendors must provide appropriate food permits. 

Set-up and tear down will take place outside of event hours. Accepted vendors will receive specific times and instructions at a later time. 

Each accepted vendor will receive 2 free passes into the event.

Booth sharing is not permitted at this time. One vendor per each booth space, please. 

Wax Buffalo's Winter Market on O Street is an experience for all ages. In the first year of the event (2022) we welcomed more than 4,000 humans to the streets of the Haymarket. Last year (2023) we had over 5,000 people join us for a holiday event like none other–brimming with holiday cheer, magical memories, and local makers!  This year, we’re already gearing up with even bigger and better dreams.

The show will go on rain, snow, or shine! 

Vendor fees are non-refundable.
